EOFY - not balancing


Hi everyone, can I get some help please?
I just ran my payroll summary report for last financial year, I checked against each employees YTD figures (from their payslips) and the payroll summary report and the YTD figures match during the year. Super and PAYG payments reconcile too.
When I run the EOFY finalisation report I am getting different figures.
Each employee figures are incorrect. The difference is one weeks pay. Apart from one casual employee who has not been paid since May.
I went back through all the STP submissions that I have submitted and all say success.
I just checked my personal MY GOV account and my YTD is incorrect its short a week's wages.
But the dates are correct advising the last reported STP was the 26/06/25 which was my last pay run for the year.
If i could get some help on how to fix this? Not sure how the error occurred.

The Payroll Summary report and EOFY finalisation may not necessarily match with each other and there are specific reasons for that, they account for different things and display balances in different ways to each other.

Thank you for sending the link, I had a look at the article, but I'm still confused. I feel like something is wrong with the STP file for week ending 26/06/25.
I just had a look back at my prior week payslip week ending the 19/06/25 (we pay weekly) and the YTD figures match what is on my MY GOV account. (what I lodged with STP) Seems like the final week payrun STP hasn't work correctly?
But the date on my MY GOV is stating the 26/6/25 for reporting? Could an error have happened with the STP file when lodging?
My wage is a basic wage, i just earn OTE and its taxed, no OT or allowances. My pay is the same each week, so my my gov account figures should match my year to date which it normally does each week. I checked all our staff and we seem to be out the last week the year pay run 26/06/25.

I think i found the issue, i went back through and checked each STP submission and a payrun in October 24, i had processed the pay run and lodged the STP but for some reason i must gone back in and clicked on revert to draft. Then the following week I processed a pay run and marked as paid and lodged the STP. I just marked the payrun as paid and I re ran the finalisation report and the figures balance. 😀
Do i need to resubmit the last STP file for the 26/6/25 or does the EOFY file overwrite, and it will submit the final correct STP figures?
