Other Allowance error

I have taken over the payroll of a company that has had STP errors when lodged during the year, but the correct figures and details were uploaded to ATO so they ignored the errors.

I have now lodged the EOFY STP and got the below errors. I went into Allowances and added in descriptions for every "Other Allowance", re-lodged it and now it has come back with even more errors stating the same thing below. How can I fix this?

    Hi @Leanne_9728175

    Now that you've added descriptions to the allowances that are setup as Other Allowances, I believe you may need to refresh the pay runs that include those allowances so that the new data is captured within those existing pay runs.

    Revert those pay runs back to draft status and, change something within the pay run, save it then change it back. For example, remove the relevant allowance from each employee then mark the pay run as paid. Switch it back to draft once more then re-add the allowance and re-mark it as paid once more.

    Try that out and let me know how you get on.

    I did exactly as you said for the last payroll I did, by reverting it to draft, deleting the allowances, saving it as paid, reverting it back to draft again, re-adding in the allowances, re-markiing it as paid and then submitted to STP as an update and its now come back with more of the above errors (originally it was showing 7 errors and now its showing 10)
