Unable to email customer statements since update

    Hi

    Since the update I have been unable to email customer statements. It seems the email screen for statements does not have a sidebar, unlike the email screen for invoices, to enable me to scroll the email screen to reach the SEND button. Any suggestions?

    Just to clarify, do you mean you're not able to see a send button on the email window that appears when attempting to send like in the example below?

    If not, can you let me know which browser you're using and do you have any zoom or magnification settings active in your browser?

    Hi Thank you for responding. My apology for taking so long to reply. I did finally find out how to send emails by adjusting the screen. It did take two phone calls to the help line which has obviously a very busy and noisy Call Centre with very poor reception, so the line kept breaking up making it really difficult to understand the operator.

    My feedback is that the invoice email send screen has a second scroll bar behind the invoice that lets you scroll to the Email send function. The statement email does not. That is what is confusing and easily rectified really by putting a scroll bar behind the statement email so that one can simply scroll and not have to keep adjusting the screen resolution.

    I find most applications in Reckon easy to use with the exception of emails and invoice reminders.
