Why new format invoice takes up 2 pages in print view

See the small invoice attached. For such a small invoic how to make it fit on one page?

Looking at your attachment it's pretty clear the note and item description is too long so it's pushing the margin of the page down to spill into the next page.
Best to shorten them and try again.

Thanks Eric. the description will be long as I need to explain my customer what service is done.
I tried to change column width on screen but in print view it does not change.
I can fit the description by changing column widths and if it translates in print view, it will solve the problem.

Hi @bmistry
We've got some work planned around enhancements to invoice templates which should help you out with this. We'll be kicking off that work very soon so stay tuned for that.
In the interim, I agree with @Eric Murphy if you make your description and/or note content a little more concise it'll reduce the page length.

Hi again @bmistry
Just wanted to add another option for you to consider. The new invoice experience in Reckon One includes the ability to add a text-only row. You could use this to add additional/supplementary information for an item/service.
Here's an example below where you'll see I've added a text-only row and used it to add in some extra info.
.. and this is what it looks like on the invoice itself 👇
To add a text-only row, click on the Add Row button and then select Add text-only row.

That dhould work.
The item description still may take up space if the details are too long.
