Just checking, this is for Reckon One correct?
Are you using the default LSL item or have you created your own custom one?
Here's an example of my one from a test book, is the setup of your LSL item the same or different to this one?

thank you Rav, yes it is Reckon One and not my file setup. I will have a look at the setup compared to yours, thank you

In addition to what @Rav mentioned above, it would be helpful if you can please share the screenshot of how the pay run has been created and if the LSL has been set-up as an Earnings item or a Leave item. Thank you!

I'm happy to jump in to the book and take a look if you'd like Kris. Just shoot me the email address that the book is registered under in a PM and I'll send an access request over.
In the meantime, has the LSL item been added to the employee's leave in their profile and do they have a current LSL balance?
You can check this by going to their profile then click the Leave tab. This will show all leave items that employee is currently assigned. Note - the below is just an example from my test book so take any values you see in the screen recording with a grain of salt.

this is the employee but the amount is incorrect because it didn’t deduct the 4 weeks last year (May and June 24) weeks. We also have to calculate and correct the balance, and enter the entitlement in to calculate per time worked.

Thanks Kris
I've just sent through an access request to the book. It goes through to the registered email address that the book is under, can I please get the owner of the book to grant access when possible?
