Can't access my records since upgrade.

Since the l upgrade email I can't access or generate invoices, can't bill, and can't access open invoices. I've lodged three support requests and spent the morning on the phone with support with no solution.

    Instead of having a breakdown why don't you explain what the actual problem is so the members here can try and help you.

    What's the error you're getting? Where's your screenshot?

    Here's my screenshot.

    The "actual problem" is that any invoices I try to access or create from my dashboard, past or new leads to this.

    Reckon invoicing now defaults to their Beta version which is so badly coded that it doesn't work. https://app.reckonone.com/v2/invoices/create#

    Thanks for flagging this and I'm sorry to see you're having trouble with accessing invoicing in your book.

    Let me get in touch with our dev team to investigate what's happened to your book ASAP so we can get things back on track.

    Can I just confirm, prior to the latest release was your invoicing working normally?
    Also, does the same thing occur if you login to your Reckon One book on a different browser?

    I believe this should now be fixed for you. Can you please retry accessing invoices and let me know if its successful for you.
