Dashboard unable to load dashboard module

Have ticked all boxes to set this up but my dashboard shows;

    Hi @Peter_9962328

    Is this occurring on all your dashboard widgets or just the payroll one?

    If you logout of your book and then back in, does the same behaviour persist?

    If so, can you click the Customise Dashboard button in the bottom right corner then untick the Payroll and Payroll Setup widget selections and save then re-add the Payroll widget. Does it load properly after this?
