I see a message telling me that payroll will be replaced in August.
Will this happen automatically? I also share my book with 2 other staff in my office, do I need to do it for them?

Yes, the payroll new experience changeover will happen automatically in August 17th , so there is no action required on your part. If you share your book with two other staff members, they should not need to do anything separately. The changes applies to the payroll within the book, so all users with access to that book will continue to access the updated payroll.
