Unable to open Reckon One Subscription - app.reckonone.com redirected you too many times

Hi,

Every time I click to open the Reckon One subscription I have I see an error message stating "redirected you too many times".

I have tried using Chrome and Safari, they both have the same error. I have also tried clearing the browser cookies with no luck.

    Hi Travis,
    Is this still happening for you?

    If so, can you please try removing everything after the word 'Core' in the URL and then reload the page.

    Does that open Reckon One for you?
