Reckon Accounts Hosted - File Server FSS05 login issue (17 January 2019)

Hi everyone,
We're currently investigating issues affecting file server FSS05.

Early indication suggests users connected to this server will be experiencing issues logging in to the Reckon Accounts Hosted service.

We've got the team working on this at the highest priority and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    I've just received word this has been rectified and FSS05 is online.

    If you were having trouble logging in, please logout, close your browser and try again.

    Let us know if you have any trouble.

    have logged in, but it is extremely slow processing anything.

    Thanks Jo-Anne, it might be a tad slow right now with folks all logging in at the same time. Should be back to normal in a few minutes or so.
