uploading of file fails at 4%

I am new to Reckon hosted - trying to upload a Reckon file (accounts Prem) to Hosted and it keeps failing around 4%

    Hi there,
    What is happening specifically when it reaches the 4% mark, is an error message being presented?
    How large is the file you are attempting to upload?

    Can you confirm that the file is not in the Q: or B: drive destination(s).

    Are you sure you are uploading the portable or qbm backup?

    a first time use of a desk top .qbw company file. need to make it portable so i can start using it in the hosted web site.  it is 119,000KB C:/ drive file
