Updating my credit card details

I need to update my credit card details for direct debit (my old one expired) however the Credit Cards tab says "Navigation has been canceled". It does this on both Chrome and Firefox. Is there another way to update my details whilst logged in online without having to click on that tab?

    Hi Emma,
    Has your Hosted subscription already expired?
    From what I understand, you won't be able to update the card if the subscription isn't active ie. its expired already. But if you give our Customer Service team a buzz we can straighten this out for you and get everything updated & sorted.
