Nearest Country Update

in Reckon One

I can't get into my Reckon accounts as the 'Nearest Country' dialogue box update won't complete. (I'm talking 12 hours and a reboot.)

    I just logged into Reckon Hosted and Reckon One - all good with those 2 versions

    I understand but I didn’t know what version you were using and In case it was either of these 2....

    I have never heard of or seen that message

    Can you let me know where this prompt is appearing specifically? Are you going through book setup or attempting to launch your existing book etc?
