Error when uploading STP File

in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

Hi all,

The following error message appeared when I tried to upload a STP file:

<The value specified for an item does not match the item type (value = "", item type = String, uniqueID = http://www.sbr.gov.au/ato/payevnt:ElectronicMailAddressT) Hint: The actual length is less than the MinLength value.>

I have no idea what's the error since I am doing exactly the same as before, no new employee and no change in rate.

It would be appreciated if someone could share your experience and solution.

    Hi Joe,

    I'd recommend checking that you have an email address listed in the Company Information section in your file. If there is no email address listed in there, enter a valid one in and ensure there are no spaces (or other characters) before or after it.
