Payslips Not Sending
Hi,
I have just processed my first pay run in the payroll app & have sent payslips but they have not been received.
I have all staff loaded with my email address so I could check what the payslips looked like prior to sending them to employees
I haven't received any of them.
Any suggestions?

Were they diverted to your spam/junk folder by any chance?
All your other emails are coming through ok to this specific email address?

Not in spam/junk - Did check that last night but have double checked.
Yes - other emails coming in OK.

I also tried to email them to another email address (different domain) and that was unsuccessful too

Hi Rav,
Any updates on this issue? Due to run payroll again today, but still havent been able to send payslips from last week.
Hoping to upgrade to paid version of payroll - but obviously need to be certain it does what it needs to do.
