Remittance window won't close

I have sent remittance advices to my suppliers today but now the window won't close.  I have tried saying OK, CANCEL, clicking on the red X in the top right corner, Clicking the ESC tab.  Nothing works.  If I log off, it's still there when I re-open.  I can't open anything else.

    Never mind - I logged off remote session and logged back on and it has gone.

    Actually, is there a way around it?  I have the same issue and I find that if I only send 7 statements at a time, I don't have any problems.

    I have exact the same problem as Nicole, unfortunately I don't have access to remote session, what should I do?

    @DianeMckone1954 When you first login to Hosted, instead of clicking on the “Launch …” button, click on “Control Panel”. This will take you to the relevant screen & the option at the bottom of the left hand side navigator regarding Remote Sessions.
