Error 6177,0 - Reckon Hosted

Hi guys,

Today, we have this error message - Error 6177,0. I have gone through the suggestions on how to fix it, the main one being to rename the file as my original is damaged somehow?

My issue is, it says to hover over 'companyfile'.qbw.nd - but I don't have a .nd file - only the qbw file that I can find and it says, DO NOT howver over 'companyfile'.qbw which is your company file.

Am I missing a step?

Technical help is only Monday to Friday and we were hoping to get some work done over the weekend.

    Massive SHOUT OUT to Zappy who helped me with this! Took time out of his WEEKEND to work through this with me and in the end, didn't need to call reckon support on Monday morning! Thanks heaps!

    Rav I think there could be a little more education by Reckon over the fact Hosted doesnt provide a backup when things go wrong. And of course the best thing would be for Hosted to enforce a backup at disconnection. Im sure your engineers could do this with a bit of elbow grease. Relying on the users is a stupid idea and the cause of many serious problems. The fact the user could delete the main *.qbw by mistake is a serious flaw in the platform.
