Reverse invoice

Hi Team,

I have created an invoice and applied the payment for the invoice.

Is there any way that I can reverse this invoice not just create the credit note?

The payment applied a few months ago but now I need to change the item so the price will be changed as well.

Appreciated your help

    Hi @Jenjen

    Have you tried unlinking the existing payment from the invoice and then making whatever changes you wish to do on the invoice?
