PRINTING FROM ACCOUNTS HOSTED

I am new to accounts hosted. I need to print invoices and forms to my desk top printer.
How do I make this work please.
I think maybe to do with pop-ups . Previous help suggestions are not working.

You need to enable popups in your browser settings. Not sure of the specifics for other browsers but in Google Chrome ...
- Click on the 3 dots at top right then click on Settings in the dropdown menu
- Click on Privacy and security in the left hand side list > Site settings
- Scroll down & click on Pops and redirects
- Select "Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects" under Default behavior
