Firewall issues. How do I stop Firewall from blocking Reckon database access


Since either the last Windows Home 10 update or our upgrade to Enterprise 2023 version from 2022 all firewalls are blocking access to the Reckon database file over the network. Windows Defender and when I turn off local Firewall in Defender the McAfee firewall blocks access. When I turn off all firewalls I can access with ease.
We tried to make entries and rules in the Windows Defender firewall without success.
All users have a local Windows user account on the server machine, that worked for the last 5+ years.
I can access the database from the server machine only.
Please help, I need the network access for 5 users

I tried the solution mentioned in the link and opened the port as mentioned.
This is working, however..
To make it work I need to open the port for all software and I cannot specify the correct path to the current Reckon version.
I tried %ProgramFiles% (x86)\Intuit\Reckon Accounts 2023\QBW32.EXE without success. (This is the path I find by selectingf it through Windows Firewall).
As soon as I open it for all software it works.
Would someone be able to assist with specifying the correct path? I already spent nearly $1000 on tech support that was unable to figure it out and solve the problem for which I believe there is a very simple solution.
It would feel safer to restrict the ports to the processes or apps required instead of opening all doors..
