Reckon accounts premier edition 2021 suddenly expiring soon?
suddenly received a notice today (24 July 2023) when opening the software and saying my license is going to be expired on 31 July 2023? I have renewed the annual license last year in October 2023 which should be expired on 26 Oct 2023 instead of July 2023? Anyone having the same problem now?

Sorry my typo, I have renewed the annual license last year in Oct "2022" and the license should be expired on 26 Oct 2023 instead of July 2023.

is that mean if I dont upgrade and pay for the latest version, I can't use the 2021 version even I have renewed the annual license?

Hi @robbieng
The 2021 edition will be sunsetted soon however if you've already paid for your annual subscription back in October as you've mentioned, then you'll have access to the latest version of Reckon Accounts Desktop which is currently the 2023 edition.
As Kris & Shaz have mentioned above, you can download this latest version from the Members Area HERE using your Customer ID & PIN. Once its installed and activated you can open your existing file that you're using with the 2021 edition in the new version.
