Hi all ,

when I upload an image that has a white background to invoice template , printed PDF document shows this background in pale yellow.

    Hi @prasanna

    Is this a new occurrence? ie. has this same invoice template with this image printed 'normally' (with a white background) on previous occasions or is this a new template/image that you've just created?

    Is the above screenshot image you've posted a print preview of the invoice from within Hosted itself? To my naked eye the background of the image looks like it has a yellow-ish colour to it which would explain why its printing with it.


    How was this image created? Is the background of the image set to #FFFFFF (hex) for its colour?

    @prasanna Mine does too, however when printed or saved to PDF, it doesn’t actually show 🤔

    Hi Rav ,

    this is a new image uploaded.

    if you think image background is yellowish I will ask IT man to create it to blend with Reckon background
