MFA


1st time my program is calling for my MFA but I can't find which device the PIN is being sent to & when I get to this point screen is asking for Recover your device
Please enter the 6 digit recovery pin created at the time you setup MFA.
I don't recall creating a pin at anytime.
I'm in urgent need of my program today.

If you dont have the phone, or the recovery pin which you set up at the beginning, you are stuck. You can only send the code to one device. You need to speak to the person who has custody of it.
Do you know who set it up?

you would have had a recovery pin when you setup MFA to sign into the Reckon Portal and lodge your STP.

Were you able to get this sorted yesterday? If not, can I just get a bit more info so we can get you headed in the right direction.
Did you setup MFA in Reckon Accounts Hosted or did you just enable it since you're using the same login for both Hosted and your Reckon Portal account for STP?
If its the latter then you'll just use the same MFA for both the Reckon Portal and Reckon Accounts Hosted.
