How do I get out of a frozen stage of Reckon Hosted

I am in the middle of emailing out end of month invoices and statements and program has frozen. How do I move past this?

    Oh my. You could try disconnecting the session from the control panel. Or simply wait.

    Hi @PEARAT

    In the first instance I'd recommend checking if there is a prompt/window open in the background that is awaiting action. Try pressing Alt and Page Down or Alt and Page Up buttons to bring any windows in the background to the foreground.
