Apologies for the inconvenience.
As you have mentioned that you are looking to download ABA file to be uploaded to the Bank. The file that you have selected is not an ABA file. The ABA file should have the extension (file name ends with) .ABA such as File name - **************.ABA
If it is difficult to locate the file amongst multiple files and folders, you can also check by searching. Check this out for your reference - #TipTuesday - Searching in My Files 🔍 — Reckon Community
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any concerns/issues. Thank you!

Hi Tanvi,
To make it more specific, I am writing all the steps that i am taking to do a payrun.
PayBills → selecting bill to be paid → payment account (our bank) → payment method (bank online) → pay selected bill → open bank online → selecting bill to pay → clicking on create ABA File → save bank online ABA file to Q drive.
after this previously we use to click on this iconNow, I am going to My files → Q → Not able to see any ABA file.
I must say can you please give me a call to make it more clear at +617 3907 0500 ask for accounts department.0 -
Your date format is set to USA so those files up the top are the latest - however sometimes it takes a little while to refresh - I usually click on Date modified to resort and then sort to latest

Hi Kris, still there is not any file with ABA format, which is required to upload in bank.

When you're searching in My Files, the search will look for files within the location you are currently viewing only. If you saved the ABA file into a folder inside your Q drive, search for the name of that folder instead.
There's more info on how to search here - #TipTuesday - Searching in My Files 🔍
Let me know how you get on.

Have you clicked on the q Drive before typing aba

If you are in the My Files and you have selected the Q drive and the ABA file is actually in the Q: drive ROOT folder (Q:\) then using the search term aba would display a file that contains that matching term.
If it does not appear, then the ABA file is NOT in the Q: drive ROOT folder.
It may be inside a sub-folder such as Q:\Upload or a shared folder location
You would need to go inside the folder and search there for the file you are looking for.
