Apologies for the inconvenience.
This is a known issue, and we are currently working on the issue and trying to get it resolved as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please use your Reckon Accounts Hosted login password in the space provided and try sign in. It should work and if not, please feel free to let us know and will be happy to investigate further for you. Thank you!

Just a heads up that work is currently ongoing in addressing the root cause of this issue with our upstream technology provider. While we don't have a timeframe just yet be assured this is our top priority right now.
I'm encountering this error, what should I do?
If you are encountering the
certificate-based authentication is not available
error message when logging in, please enter your Reckon Accounts Hosted password into the password field that appears on-screen and click the sign-in button. This should allow you to successfully access the Reckon Accounts Hosted service.We've tested on a number of accounts/scenarios and entering your Reckon Accounts Hosted login password into the password field on the error message window should allow you proceed into the service successfully. Some of our Community members have reported that they needed to log off any active sessions in the Reckon Accounts Hosted control panel and close the browser window first so if you're not successful on your first attempt, please try this and it should allow you to successfully access the service.

✅ ISSUE RESOLVED
Hi everyone
I've just received confirmation that this issue is now resolved.
Logging into Reckon Accounts Hosted should now be back to normal and allow you into the service without any errors.
If you're currently attempting to login to Reckon Accounts Hosted, please log off any active sessions and then try again and you'll be able to access the service.
Thank you all again so much for your patience while we addressed this issue and our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused this morning.
