How to fix Invoice Batches not printing to PDF file

I am trying to print my batches of invoices or statements. Since upgrading to the new platform for Reckon hosted, I can preview them in a batch but when I then ask them to print a pdf is not created like it used to. How do I rectify this as it ends up that I need to print the invoices and statements individually which is very laborious. I am experiencing the same problem with the two different client ID's which I administer. This also happens when I want to print both bank reconciliations, only 1 will go to print unless I ask to display first and then I have to send each rec individually.

    Hi Rav,

The latest batch of invoices was 37. I haven't noticed any pop ups message appear like I have had in the past when I have used a new computer.

I have just looked at the top header next to reckon accounts and noticed that there was a message regarding pop ups. I have allowed this and been able to run my statements to the pdf file.

    Thanks for the info. 😀

    Hi @Stapleton1

When you attempt to print the batch, what's happening specifically? Particularly at the point you've mentioned above?

Approximately how many invoices are you attempting to print in your batch? Do you see a 'a file has been printed' pop-up message appear in Reckon Accounts Hosted when you try to print a batch?
