3) Create a backup of the company data file before changing the password

·         add a suffix or prefix to the backup file name

·         add a suffix or prefix to the backup file name

·         to indicate backup of the file prior to the Admin user having its password changed

·         example: “Before PWD Change <todays date>  – My Data File Name.QBB

·         you can store a backup file to a local hard drive, portable hard drive/USB stick

·         you can store a backup file to an online file storage such as DropBox, Google Drive, etc

4) Just before you about to change the password
