When are we going back to the new platform?

Hi Rav,

When are we going back to the new platform.  This old one that we are one is very slow and also clunky. Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: Reckon One UPDATE (8 February 2018).

    Hi Wendy,

    I've moved your post over to its own thread as it relates to Accounts Hosted, not Reckon One. 

    At this stage there are no timeframes at all yet about when the new environment will return as we've got a lot of work to do ironing out some of the unforeseen problems that cropped up while it was active and we're working through that right now. The team are making good progress but we're not there yet.

    Once we're ready to go back out with the upgrade, I'll let the Community know :)
