Reckon Accounts works a little differently when it comes to emailing and printing. I'm just guessing but I think the step you're probably getting confused at is after pressing print in Hosted it only has the option to print to the 'Reckon Printer' and there's no option to change it.

What you need to do is press print on that window and then a PDF will open, you can select whichever printer you want to print to on this window. I'll a quick screen recording below which hopefully illustrates what I mean (click on it for a larger view) -

Uninstall the current program then -

Just did this & everything works fine.

Single Touch Payroll submits YTD figures every time. Subsequent successful pay run would have submitted correct figures. Can also check employee myGov income statement.

Question? "Other 1" Columns in Templates

Question? In my purchase order i use one of the "Other 1" field Columns for my part number. Is there any way to get this "Other 1" field up come across in my bill section? As my part numbers don't come over to my bill, making it difficult to associate items on my bill to my invoice.

Don't forget your pay run

Got an email stating that you have noticed that "its been a little while since you last submitted a pay run".

We pay fortnightly and our last pay run according to the Recon App was on the 11th of November.

Somzing tells me zat zometink is Kaputt !

What gives ????😣

Where do I go from here ?

You have to add the Reckon Hosted tab onto the Gov Connect window and use that tab to upload

I think we would have him log in once a week to do his invoicing.

We currently pay for 2 users in Hosted. An additional user is another $700+ . Oh i think I know what you mean now. When one user isn't logged on, he can log on as that user!!
