I often have that with emails, not always out of Reckon. I believe the internet signal can drop out intermittently, sometimes without even being noticed
pay run
I set up a pay run yesterday and marked as paid but this morning it is showing back in draft format - there is no link to revert back to mark as paid
Please advise how to rectify this

Hi adminch,
Adding this item to the Pay section is totally unnecessary because it is a Leave item
Just like any other leave items, it calculates based on the hourly rate plus the loading if any.
You can always override that rate when you do a payrun if the rate is different from the hourly rate.

I didn't realise the snipping tool had that text edit feature. Nice. That is a big saving from going to Photoshop or Gimp to blur it out.

Sorry. Just found a possible solution. Went into 'Additional Customisation' and clicked close on both the Bill To options (Screen & Print) and then clicked them back again and that field appeared. It works.

I don't know what the error code was as I usually have to ask Reckon, also I cant remember what it did for @tomgeister, I just go thru the motions to sort out the problems.
File sharing on NAS
Hi everyone
Today I had an interesting call over our support line in relation to using Reckon Accounts with a NAS.
It's not overly common and a bit of an interesting use case so I wanted to ask the Reckon Accounts Desktop community here for any feedback on whether you use a NAS in conjunction with Reckon Accounts and if so, are there any common issues or tips you've come across that you could share with us?
In particular, have you had any issues with network drive servers or user folder permissions that affect file access when initially setting up the local share?
Any suggestions on managing firewall settings or ensuring the necessary executable files have the right permissions would be really helpful. I'd love to hear your experiences and any tips you have!
