Thank you for reaching out with your query!!
Once you've made changes to a report, you have the option to save these changes for future use. This an be done by memorising the report, which ensures that your modification are preserved for any future instances of that report.
To memorise a report,
- Make Necessary changes to the report as needed
- And then click on memorise button located at the top of the menu. Please refer to the image below

Yes, you can set all reports to specific formatting - including font sizes - via Preferences, located under the Edit dropdown menu
(I also have mine set for all negative numbers to display in red so they're more prominent! 😊 ) :
TIP: If you have specific reports you like to customise, once you've Modified them to your requirements, Memorise them. You can then easily re-generate them as per your customisation without having to redo it each time!

when you go to Chart of Accounts and right click on the bank and select edit - in the online bank details tab is online access enabled? And bank details entered?

✅ FINAL UPDATE - ISSUE RESOLVED
Hi everyone,
This issue should now be resolved and access to both Reckon Accounts Hosted Australia and New Zealand is fully available.
If you run into connection issues, in the first instance please logoff any active sessions in your Reckon Accounts Hosted control panel before retrying. For step by step instructions please click here - The attempt to login with user name failed. This user is already logged into the company file 💻
If you encounter any issues with accessing your Reckon Accounts Hosted service after trying the above, please sing out by creating a new post by clicking HERE and include as much detail as possible including screenshots.
Last but certainly not least, thank you all so much for your patience while we worked through the issue this morning. I fully appreciate it's not the ideal start to a new working week, and we'll be looking into the reasons why this occurred so we can better understand how to prevent similar issues in the future and improve our processes moving forward.

I had that message as well and I went into log off remote sessions and logged off and finally got in.
