In case anyone else needs the solution we tried, here’s the process we followed to reset the "Open Previous Company" list:

1. Set the number of previous companies to 1.
2. Open a current file to fill that one spot.
3. Exit and relaunch the hosted environment.
4. Set the number of previous companies back to 5 (or your preferred amount).
5. Open the files you want to populate the 5 (or other) spots.
6. Exit and relaunch the hosted environment again.

@Julie C Unfortunately not, so I'd recommend reducing the font size of your T&Cs text &/or rewording it to fit 😬

Thanks Shaz 😀 that worked out perfectly although if my quote had more items I wouldn't have enough room. The quoted items would overwrite the template text boxes. Is there a way of creating 2nd page for the template?

Separate the text into multiple text boxes & remove the borders 😊

I knew there had to be some option in some setting menu somewhere that would fix it with one click. Thanks for finding it for me.

Thank you Jason! That is it! Unclicked Desktop site in Chrome and now the keyboard icons are there and the keyboard works in the text boxes. Can I nominate you for employee of the year? Great work!
