You can always switch from Reckon Payroll to Reckon One. Please check this out - Book Switcher - Reckon Help and Support Centre

Also, did you get a chance to check in Reckon One - Contact Centre - Employee - General - Add Notes as mentioned in the below screenshot -

QODBC is very much old technology , that we use to use years around 1998 onwards for DESTOP VERSION, its good idea to fo hard code tool using SDK/API available . Cosimic has done imports of payroll. If you need automation, of payroll schedule , this has to be looked at what API can do in the payroll side of it.

Try your passowrd with caps lock on in case it was accidentally on when you accidentally set it. Did you have a password on transactions previously? Maybe it's the same one?
