Hi I have just installed the latest version of Reckon Accounts Personal Plus V31. but unfortunately each time I go to access a report I get an Error message 7005 & then the system shuts down. I am unable to access my Reckon files due to the Error Code 90 cropping up and says my Subscription remains unpaid which is not the case. Please help out this 77 year old lady!!!😥
I have reckon personal plus. I do not want the software any longer however I may still need access to the data. If I cancel the subscription will I still have read only access to my data?

I just bought this and cant see how to add bank account feeds. I cant see it anywhere and the software looks really old so i'm a little worried this has not been $290 well spent. Hopefully its just me but I'm giving up for now.
