I previously had reckon accounts 2022. I now have to upgrade to Reckon Accounts Personal v31. I have downloaded it, but then get told I have to uninstall the old version but I cant get onto it to uninstall. I am finding this very frustrating, especially in the fact that I cannot talk to anyone. Can someone please help me.

I recently purchased this version and installed it. From Day 1, I have been unable to do a backup and this version of Reckon crashes each time a backup is attempted. Has anyone had a similar issue, and if so, how did you resolve it?
