Question - what should I have done to change the name of my Reckon datafile at 1/7/23. Front screen and report headings are still showing 22-23 YTD - thought it would automatically change to 23-24 come 1st July ? Back-Up still shows file name "22-23 YTD.QDF". Have tried the File Operations - Rename, but does not rename theā¦
Our old version of Quicken 2002SE Personal Plus cannot open the data file. The program and data (23MB file) has been going from 2002. Is there a way to migrate the data to a current version of Quicken or Reckon? I understand Quicken is no longer available in Oz. The data is very basic and we only require it for keeping aā¦
I had set up a bank account to receive the online feed from the bank but no longer wish to do so. I can't seem to now deactivate it for online services. The 'Delete' button in the Online Center is grayed out.

My quicken entries are up to date. When I tried to backup on my flash drive, the quicken doesnāt open with the upto date Iinformation. The latest entries show up as June 2021. I need it to show upto date info as itās tax time for us. Please helpš
I paid my renewal for my Accounts Personal Plus 2022 subscription last week, however I never received an email confirmation like I have in previous years, and the expiry dates won't update in the system when I try to apply the updated license.
The information I have from my One Drive Sync (I store the data File on my One Drive so I can share it between home and office computers), is that the file is open, but not actually showing up. If I start Reckon as an administrator I get an error message that the License is faulty, but I've uninstalled and re-installedā¦
I have a problem where my computer running Windows has changed all the accounts stored in File Explorer have changed from Reckon to Adobe, so that when I Backup onto a usb key the Reckon file has converted to read in Adobe. I need to change it back to Reckon so that my accountant can open it up.
