Unable to load qd3.dll
I have re-installed Quicken personal plus 2012 onto a different computer. (old computer died). When I attempt to access the backup of the QDATA.QDF file I receive an error message "Unable to load DLL: C:\Program Files (x86)\Quicken\convert03\qd3.dll". I am then prompted to re-install the product. I have this 3 times so far. Any solutions would be appreciated.

Shouldn't be the old program as I have downloaded the program from the Reckon website & re-installed it. The error occurs when attempting to open the qdf file.

The older product "Cashbooks 2003" would need to go through a specific upgrade path as indicated in the Installation and Upgrade Guide.

Recommend that you review that article for more details about changes from 2003 to the newer versions.
In the section Determine Your Upgrade Path it indicates that for that error, the file would need to go through an intermediate step from CashBooks 2003 to CashBook 2004 then to Home and Business 2005/06 before you go to Home & Business 2022.
