Hi I have tried everything to get Reckon to stop crashing my computer . The last thought is my file has been corrupted. I am running Personal Plus on a Mac Air using Parallels. l have numerous times installed the new version of Personal Plus. When I try to open it I get the following message and can't go any further “Your program files(not your data files) may have been damaged. you will need to reinstall the program” Is there a solution?
When I try to download the software I select "Open" The software appears to start to download as "remaining time" appears. Then I get a message: "ReckonAccountsPersonalv31.exe? I was told by Rohit Saxena , Technical Support Representative, that my previous version was old, and I should download ReckonAccountsPersonalv31.exe with Installation key. Thiis I have done, but I have not run it yet. I was then told to question the Community. This is what I am now doing.
