Every time I download Reckon Personal Plus 2022 I get as far as Unzip and then get the following message. Could not create *C:\temp\Reckon_Accounts_Personal_2022*. Unzip operation cancelled. Can anybody help please? I am using Windows 11 Thanks. Ken
