Further to my earlier comments and help requests for this version - does anyone know how I can get the subsequent patches to this release. Patches are available on the web but for the US/CDN version. Unfortunately 2012 R1 is unusable and how it got to market escapes me. The crippling bug is in Reconcilation. Normally oneā¦
I recently paid my annual subscription (receipt received). Downloaded Reckon accounts 2021 - all seemed good until I attempted to activate the software (via phone) - no representatives available (outside of business hours). Can I activate the new software some other way (perhaps online)
When trying to send an invoice get an error message "send mail failed to send message" can add to clipboard but invoice comes without formatting?

Have been using Reckon Accounts 2011-12 version (upgraded to 2013 version). Laptop died so had to upgrade and purchase a new one only to find Reckon Accounts 2013 isn't compatible with Window 10 so had to subscribe to Reckon One - then find out i can't import any business files or datd from Reckon Accounts 2013 to Reckonā¦
