Issue with "your trial has expired"

I downloaded the trial version of Reckon 2022 Personal but had issues trying to register it. I called \reckon and was given a link to fix it. However, after installing it it was a link to the Small Business Edition 2021 which I do not want. I uninstalled and downloaded again & installed the correct version for me.
I entered the correct keys but when I opened it I got the message "Your trial has expired". Clearly this not correct as I've got 30 days to trial it free.
How can this be fixed as the program is useless in it's current state.

You'll need to give our Customer Service team a call on 1800 732 566 and they should be able to straighten this out for you.
