Hi. We are using Reckon POS 2015 for our cafe. Our Database file on the server is coming up with a corrupted warning. After exploring further it's saying it is definitely corrupted and 'Administrator' isn't allowing me to open. How can I access a database backup? I am very unfimiliar with windows.

i had an error when posting from POS to 11 -12 quickbooks I coverted the error file to excel and changed the tax code and amended the amounts to be correct. when I try and import the file back it says "0 file imported, 25 errors. Can anyone suggest what could be going wrong.

I am trying to set up POS Professional 2015 scanner but windows isn't able to recognise the driver for the scanner. I have tried restarting, different USB ports, uninstalling and reinstalling Reckon software as well as Windows operating system. But still doesn't recognise driver. Why does POS require a licence key outside Reckon's trading hours. I just did 2016 POS upgrade (Saturday afternoon) and am asked to put in a licence key (4 digits less than last years).
