    My suggestion would be to have current Software, not only will you have up to date compliance, you will also have support.

    Hi Noeleen,

    You will be best served by conducting a troubleshooting session with the Technical Support Team.

    Your problem description does not provide enough detail as to the circumstances under which you are experiencing the problem.

    The error log you have provided does appear to indicate a problem with the initialisation of the database server manager service.

    "LVL_ERROR--Service Error:5 from file:'.\.\src\DBManager.cpp' at line 2148 from function:'DBMgr::DBManager::EnableWindowsService'..load.c"

    One possible way to overcome this is to run the program in an elevated Administrator mode in Windows.

    Alternatively try the following KB article.
    http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=4103

    It looks into reducing Internet Explorer security settings which could be causing problems.

    That's fine except that they now expect you to pay upwards of $400 a year for a licence and we are a not for profit organisation and this is way out of our budget. Not very happy about not being able to upgrade for a program I spent a lot of money on so I could upgrade as I went along.
