Portal Login Issue

I have been trying to login in to the portal and for some reason it is giving a black screen. There is no schedule maintenance notification on home page. It said connection to the server is not available then black screen.
Please help.

Apologies everyone, we're currently working on an issue affecting new login attempts to Reckon Accounts Hosted at the moment.
You may experience a black screen or a 'Unable to connect the WebConnect server' message.
Please keep an eye on this thread for updates as soon as they come to hand -
