How can I check that an email invoice has been sent to a customer. Is there an email log?

Yes there is a log of all emails sent. Click on the Download Symbol and go to your Q: drive. Find the LOG folder and open it. All the log files are in there. Sort by date. Find the date you are after and then download that file. Hope this helps.0

The suggestion is not false.
The log shows what has been sent.
Not what has been delivered.
This will likely require a different mechanism than email such as a web portal.

It is relevant to know what has been sent.
It is important to know to what email address the message was sent to and when.
Knowing it is actually delivered is also very important.
Some email clients can ignore 'read receipt request'.
