I want to email all customers at the same time, how do I do it?
I need to inform all our customers of a price rise, is there anyway I can email them all at once?

Yes! There is an inbuilt mail-merge feature under the Company dropdown menu > Prepare Letters with Envelopes. You can create a new &/or edit an existing Word template for a variety of scenarios (or start from scratch with a & mail merge any of your List Names (including Jobs) into it

That "Prepare Letters" function appears to only create Word Documents.
You would then need to download it from the Hosted platform to your local computer.
Then individually email them out.
