Sending invoices

Sending invoices. My 1st batch of invoices are acknowledged as "Sent" within the Reckon platform but are NOT appearing in the default email address on my computer as Sent. Is this normal? Short of ringing my customer, how can I be sure that they have actually been despatched?

Thanks Rav. Can I assume that responses to the emails - ie acknowledgment of receipt of invoices -will appear in my Outlook or will they also reside in Reckon One?0

I cc myself into all invoices I send but that doesn't guarantee they receive the invoices either but at least you have an email that you can forward in outlook. That's a downside of the online version as with my old program I used to able to put a read receipt on the email in outlook so I knew instantly that either the address was incorrect or they hadn't received.1
