Reactivate subscription
Hi there
I updated my credit card details on Reckon One after my old card expired and was only able to renew my subscription for one month. When I go into Reckon One now, I get the choice of "Open" or "Reactivate". If I choose reactivate I get the following error message:
I could carry on renewing my subs every month but would prefer for it to be done automatically as before
Please could you suggest a solution

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your renewal. That's certainly an odd error message and not one I've been before but let me check in with our Reckon One team about it.
Can I just confirm, did you enter your new credit card details into your Reckon account online prior to attempting reactivation?
