Is anyone else getting this message this morning? Any ideas on how to get around it?
I have tried in both Chrome & firefox
I just logged in from my iPad using Safari, no problems.
Have you tried logging off all remote sessions in the Control panel?

I tried firefox with no luck and yes have logged off all users on control panel.

Is this still occurring for you now? Are there any active sessions at all in your Hosted control panel immediately after logging in and before launching the Hosted window?

I am having this problem in one of our company files, the other one i can log into fine.
The main company file is the problem one - keep getting this message, was working ok yesterday afternoon. Every time i exit from this message i go into the control panel & log off remote sessions - there is always a session in progress until i log off & i keep going round & round in circles. I urgently need assistance please
