Reckon Payroll App update v2.11.4

The Reckon Payroll App has received an update to version v2.11.4. This update includes the ability to send a 'nil balance' STP report which reverts all employee balances to zero.

This is particularly useful to avoid duplicate submissions to the ATO when in the process of transitioning from one STP reporting system to another.
